Regulamin strony internetowej

Obowiązuje od 4 listopada 2026 r.

§ 1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze strony internetowej dostępnej pod adresami profencedesign.pl, profencedesign.de i profencedesign.eu („Strona”).
  2. Właścicielem Strony i usługodawcą jest ProFenceDesign spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Przemyska 6, 61-324 Poznań, NIP 7773426868 („Usługodawca”), e-mail: biuro@profencedesign.eu.
  3. Regulamin jest regulaminem, o którym mowa w art. 8 ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną.

§ 2. Usługi świadczone na Stronie

  1. Usługodawca nieodpłatnie udostępnia: przeglądanie treści Strony, konfigurator ogrodzenia z wizualizacją oraz formularz zapytania o wycenę.
  2. Korzystanie ze Strony nie wymaga rejestracji ani zakładania konta.
  3. Usługa przeglądania i konfiguratora kończy się z chwilą opuszczenia Strony. Usługa formularza kończy się z chwilą wysłania zapytania.

§ 3. Wymagania techniczne

Do korzystania ze Strony potrzebne jest urządzenie z dostępem do internetu i aktualną przeglądarką internetową z włączoną obsługą JavaScript, a do wysłania zapytania także aktywny adres e-mail.

§ 4. Zasady korzystania

  1. Użytkownik korzysta ze Strony zgodnie z prawem i dobrymi obyczajami.
  2. Zakazane jest dostarczanie treści o charakterze bezprawnym, w tym przesyłanie przez formularz treści obraźliwych, nieprawdziwych danych innych osób lub spamu, oraz podejmowanie działań zakłócających działanie Strony.

§ 5. Charakter informacji na Stronie

  1. Treści, wizualizacje oraz wyniki konfiguratora mają charakter informacyjny i poglądowy. Kolory i faktury dekorów mogą różnić się od rzeczywistych w zależności od ekranu.
  2. Informacje na Stronie nie stanowią oferty w rozumieniu art. 66 Kodeksu cywilnego. Wycena jest przygotowywana indywidualnie, a umowa zawierana jest odrębnie, poza Stroną.

§ 6. Formularz zapytania

  1. Wysłanie formularza oznacza prośbę o kontakt i przygotowanie wyceny. Nie jest zamówieniem i nie rodzi obowiązku zapłaty.
  2. Zasady przetwarzania danych z formularza opisuje polityka prywatności.

§ 7. Prawa autorskie

Treści Strony, w tym teksty, logo, zdjęcia, wizualizacje, wzory dekorów i wycięć laserowych, są chronione prawem. Ich kopiowanie i wykorzystywanie w celach innych niż osobiste zapoznanie się z ofertą wymaga zgody Usługodawcy.

§ 8. Reklamacje

  1. Reklamacje dotyczące działania Strony można zgłaszać na adres biuro@profencedesign.eu, opisując problem.
  2. Usługodawca rozpatruje reklamację w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania i odpowiada na adres e-mail, z którego została wysłana.

§ 9. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Usługodawca może zmienić Regulamin z ważnych przyczyn, w szczególności zmiany przepisów lub funkcji Strony. Zmiana obowiązuje od chwili opublikowania na Stronie.
  2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych stosuje się prawo polskie, z zastrzeżeniem bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów chroniących konsumentów w państwie ich zwykłego pobytu.
  3. Wiążąca jest polska wersja Regulaminu. Wersje niemiecka i angielska mają charakter informacyjny.

§ 1. Allgemeines

  1. Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Website unter profencedesign.pl, profencedesign.de und profencedesign.eu („Website“).
  2. Betreiber und Diensteanbieter ist die ProFenceDesign spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Przemyska 6, 61-324 Poznań, Polen, USt-IdNr. PL7773426868 („Anbieter“), E-Mail: biuro@profencedesign.eu.

§ 2. Leistungen

  1. Der Anbieter stellt kostenlos bereit: das Ansehen der Inhalte, den Zaunkonfigurator mit Visualisierung und das Formular für Angebotsanfragen.
  2. Für die Nutzung ist keine Registrierung erforderlich.
  3. Die Nutzung der Inhalte und des Konfigurators endet mit dem Verlassen der Website, die Nutzung des Formulars mit dem Absenden der Anfrage.

§ 3. Technische Voraussetzungen

Erforderlich sind ein internetfähiges Gerät mit einem aktuellen Browser und aktiviertem JavaScript sowie für Anfragen eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse.

§ 4. Nutzungsregeln

  1. Die Website ist im Einklang mit dem geltenden Recht zu nutzen.
  2. Untersagt sind rechtswidrige Inhalte, insbesondere beleidigende Inhalte, Daten Dritter ohne deren Einwilligung oder Spam im Formular, sowie Handlungen, die den Betrieb der Website stören.

§ 5. Art der Informationen

  1. Inhalte, Visualisierungen und Ergebnisse des Konfigurators dienen der Information und Veranschaulichung. Farben und Strukturen der Dekore können je nach Bildschirm von der Realität abweichen.
  2. Die Angaben auf der Website sind kein verbindliches Angebot. Angebote werden individuell erstellt, Verträge werden gesondert und außerhalb der Website geschlossen.

§ 6. Anfrageformular

  1. Mit dem Absenden des Formulars bitten Sie um Kontakt und ein Angebot. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Bestellung und begründet keine Zahlungspflicht.
  2. Wie wir die Daten aus dem Formular verarbeiten, erklärt die Datenschutzerklärung.

§ 7. Urheberrecht

Die Inhalte der Website, darunter Texte, Logo, Fotos, Visualisierungen sowie Dekor- und Lasermuster, sind rechtlich geschützt. Eine Nutzung über die persönliche Information hinaus bedarf der Zustimmung des Anbieters.

§ 8. Beschwerden

  1. Beschwerden zur Funktion der Website senden Sie bitte mit einer Beschreibung des Problems an biuro@profencedesign.eu.
  2. Der Anbieter bearbeitet Beschwerden innerhalb von 14 Tagen und antwortet an die absendende E-Mail-Adresse.

§ 9. Schlussbestimmungen

  1. Der Anbieter kann diese Bedingungen aus wichtigem Grund ändern, insbesondere bei Änderungen der Rechtslage oder der Funktionen der Website. Änderungen gelten ab ihrer Veröffentlichung.
  2. Es gilt polnisches Recht, unbeschadet zwingender Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates, in dem Verbraucher ihren gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt haben.
  3. Maßgeblich ist die polnische Fassung. Die deutsche und die englische Fassung dienen der Information.

§ 1. General

  1. These terms govern the use of the website available at profencedesign.pl, profencedesign.de and profencedesign.eu (the “Website”).
  2. The Website is operated by ProFenceDesign spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Przemyska 6, 61-324 Poznań, Poland, VAT ID PL7773426868 (the “Provider”), email: biuro@profencedesign.eu.

§ 2. Services

  1. The Provider offers, free of charge: browsing the Website, the fence configurator with visualisation, and the quote request form.
  2. No registration or account is required.
  3. Browsing and the configurator end when you leave the Website. The form service ends when the enquiry is sent.

§ 3. Technical requirements

You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled, and a working email address to send an enquiry.

§ 4. Rules of use

  1. The Website must be used lawfully.
  2. Unlawful content is prohibited, including offensive content, other people’s data without their consent or spam sent through the form, as is any action that disrupts the Website.

§ 5. Nature of the information

  1. Content, visualisations and configurator results are for information and illustration only. Colours and textures of decors may look different depending on your screen.
  2. Information on the Website is not a binding offer. Quotes are prepared individually and contracts are concluded separately, outside the Website.

§ 6. Enquiry form

  1. Sending the form is a request for contact and a quote. It is not an order and creates no obligation to pay.
  2. How we process the data from the form is explained in the privacy policy.

§ 7. Copyright

The content of the Website, including texts, logo, photos, visualisations and decor and laser-cut patterns, is legally protected. Any use beyond personal information requires the Provider’s consent.

§ 8. Complaints

  1. Complaints about how the Website works can be sent to biuro@profencedesign.eu with a description of the problem.
  2. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days and replies to the email address they were sent from.

§ 9. Final provisions

  1. The Provider may change these terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the Website’s features. Changes apply from their publication.
  2. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where a consumer habitually resides.
  3. The Polish version is binding. The German and English versions are for information.
